Teeth Whitening

What kind of whitening does our office offer?

Having a beautiful smile may be easier than you think, and many people achieve the success they are looking for with our custom bleach trays. Ask one of our team members if you would be interested in becoming part of our Pure White Membership!

Dental bleaching is used to correct tooth discoloration. Discolorations can be caused by staining from certain diets and aging of our teeth. By using our bleaching technology, we offer a safe method for giving you a brilliant smile. In the event that bleaching does not give us the result we are looking for, your next choice may be to move forward with veneers. Bleaching is a cost effective and conservative first approach to improving your smile.

We offer both an at home bleach protocol or an in office method.  Both are extremely effective and achieve a similar result.

First of all it is safe, quick and easy.  Just let us know at your next appointment if you have been thinking of whitening your teeth.

An impression is taken to make a specialized tray for your mouth to hold the bleach against the teeth. In just a few short days your custom bleach trays will be ready for you to pick up. The material can be used at night while sleeping or for about an hour during the day.  We provide you with a special bleaching agent that you put into the clear trays. The bleach material will go to work by removing stains in your enamel and lightening your teeth in a very short amount of time.  It will not alter existing tooth structure or existing restorations. When your teeth reach the desired brightness you are looking for only occasional use is needed to maintain your new smile.

What about when I run out of the special bleach material?

At this point you can become a member of our Pure White Membership.  If you simply show up to each of your six month appointments, we will provide you with a free tube of our bleaching material.

What if my teeth become sensitive?

Within just a few applications you will begin to notice a change. It is important to allow one of our team members to show you how to use your new trays the right way. Some people notice sensitively following treatment. This is only temporary and will go away within 24 hours. You will want to space out the use of the bleaching material to every couple days at this point to minimize sensitivity.
